Patient satisfaction is the best feedback
We collect feedback from all our patients through the text message feedback system and the MyHealth service (omavointi.fi). The MyHealth service also functions as a monitoring system for patient care outcomes. We monitor the quality and effectiveness of care based on the results of the surveys. The patient themselves fills in the information about their condition and functional capacity before and after treatment. After the treatment, the condition is monitored for at least a year. The average patient feedback score in recent years has been around 4.8, with five being the best possible rating. We are very pleased that our patients have appreciated the care they have received.
The cornerstone of patient care is the perspective of the health benefits received from the care. To demonstrate the effectiveness of care, it is important that patients themselves report on their health in the MyHealth service. Except for emergency accident patients, all our patients receive their first MyHealth survey before their first visit. The same survey is requested to be filled out again three months and a year after treatment to see how well the provided care has succeeded.
