In the Tyks Orto chat, you can talk with our professionals about appointments, treatment, referrals, and certificates. The service is primarily intended for patients who are already in a care relationship with us. If your matter requires handling patient information, we ask you to authenticate yourself or on behalf of your relative during the conversation. The service is open Mon–Thu 9:00–15:00 and Fri 9:00–14:00.
Currently the questionnaire before chat is available only in Finnish and Swedish.
